We respect your privacy. This page explains what information Akemi collects, why we collect it, and how we use it. By using our website and services, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

Information you provide directly. When you submit our pipeline audit intake form, contact us by email, or engage Akemi for services, you give us information such as your name, role, company name, email address, phone number, business details, and pipeline data (revenue ranges, CRM platform, deal counts, average deal size, and similar operational information you choose to share).

Information from how you use our site. We collect information about how you interact with goakemi.com, including pages visited, time spent on pages, links clicked, and referral sources. We use cookies and similar technologies to gather this information.

Information from third-party tools. We use third-party services that may collect data on our behalf, including Framer (website hosting and forms), Google Analytics (site analytics), and Google Workspace (email, document storage, and scheduling).

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. Our services are intended for business operators, not consumers or minors.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and messages

  • Deliver the services you request, including pipeline audits and recovery engagements

  • Schedule and conduct audit calls

  • Send communications related to ongoing engagements

  • Improve our website, content, and services

  • Understand how operators discover and use our content

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your business pipeline data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Pipeline audit data

When you submit our audit intake form, you share business-sensitive information including approximate revenue, CRM contents, dormant pipeline counts, and operational details. We treat this information as confidential.

We use audit intake data only to:

  • Prepare for and conduct your audit call

  • Calculate your recoverable revenue estimate

  • Inform any subsequent engagement with Akemi

We do not share audit intake data with other clients, prospects, or third parties. If you do not engage Akemi after the audit, we retain your intake data only as long as necessary for our business records and any applicable legal requirements.

  • Understand which pages and content are most useful

  • Measure site performance through analytics

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of our site function.

5. Sharing your information

We share your information only with:

Service providers that help us run our business. This includes website hosting (Framer), analytics (Google Analytics), Google Workspace (email, document storage, and scheduling), and any CRM or operational tools we use to manage engagements. These providers are contractually required to use your data only to provide services to us.

When required by law. We may share information if we are required to do so by a legal request, court order, or to protect our rights and the rights of others.

We do not share your information for any other purpose.

6. How we protect your information

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to keep your data secure. This includes encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure storage of intake data, and access controls limiting who can view sensitive business information.

No system is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information from loss, misuse, or unauthorized access.

7. How long we keep your information

We keep your information only as long as needed:

  • To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations

  • To resolve disputes or enforce agreements

  • To maintain business records of past engagements

When we no longer need your data, we take steps to delete or anonymize it.
